CafePress offers a 30‑day satisfaction guarantee on most products. If you are not satisfied with a purchase from the CafePress store within 30 days of receipt, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund subject to CafePress’s terms and conditions. Refunds are limited to the amount you paid for the item and do not include shipping charges, and return shipping costs are generally the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

All commissions and custom work — including portraits, illustrated events, maps, books, fine art, branding commissions, and similar services — are final sale. Because each piece is uniquely created for you or your event, I do not offer refunds once work has begun or is completed.
If there is a clear error on my part (for example, a mistake that deviates significantly from the agreed concept or brief), please contact me promptly, and we’ll work toward a resolution.
